Pros

Small, dynamic, growing company that is gaining more, and more of market share because they are doing things the right way. Product is solid now and there is a strong roadmap to make continued improvements to continue to lead the sector. Leadership is strong and understands the value of employees. They are taking steps to continually improve the culture, recognizing some things that may have been less than ideal in the past. The work is 100% remote and flexible. Time-off and holidays are generous. We have the tools to get our jobs done efficiently.

Cons

There is a lot of work to do and we could use more help. The company recognizes this and is recruiting to fill the gaps.

Thanks so much for this candid feedback. The only way we can get better is if people are honest about their experiences, so your words are not taken lightly. Our People Operations team has undergone some change recently, but we're happy to report that, under our COO Jeff Brown's guidance, long-time PerfectServe team member Crystal Evans has been elevated to head of our of People Operations team. Both Jeff and Crystal have been with us for more than 10 years, so each has an intimate understanding of where we came from, where we want to go, and the kind of talent and work environment that are necessary to facilitate these ambitious goals. Equipping our teams with the personnel they need to thrive will remain a fixture at the top of PerfectServe's priority list. Again, we thank you for your willingness to share this feedback with us. Thanks for all the time you've dedicated to making PerfectServe a better place to work.

Pros

Great benefits and fair salary. Work-life balance. My peers respect PTO. Encouraging willingness to collaborate across teams and help one another out. Ability to grow in your skillset and learn new things on the job. Mission: to accelerate speed to care by getting the right message to the right person at the right time. I can get behind this guiding principle, as it helps physicians, nurses, medical staff, and patients improve and change lives.

Cons

Working remote is challenging for being a people person, but it's quite doable. Not always 100% clear on who is responsible for what project, but this communication has improved since I joined and have learned the ropes.
