Pros

- Great holiday time off and PTO structure - Supportive management that wants to help you continue to grow and further your career - Excellent training, starting at entry level, you are provided with all of the training and tools needed to continue progressing professionally.

Cons

-Fully remote doesn't provide as much opportunity for collaboration with team. In a sales role, it can be beneficial to be in the same environment and hear/see what others are doing for your own improvement.

You're right to call out some of the challenges of a remote-first workforce, and we hope to continue finding new ways for people to interact & collaborate with each other, even if it's from the other side of a computer screen. Whether it's recurring in-person team meetings or some other high-value touch point, we always try to find ways to bring people together even if their day-to-day roles are remote.
