      PerfectServe's growth creates a very exciting work environment. The company is focused on giving their employees all the tools needed for success.

      Pros

      I've found that strong results have consistently lead to new opportunities and increased compensation. The company is always changing rapidly, which is a positive thing in my opinion and leads to new opportunities to contribute creatively.

      Cons

      While the company invests heavily in the products it sells, I feel it undervalues the tools and systems of organization that are required as it grows. Also, we lack clear corporate metrics or OKRs that would enable teams and individuals to coordinate and collaborate to solve problems.
