Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. I can already tell this is going to be such a close-knit work family! My boss is so understanding and patient too.

Cons

I don't have any distinct cons per say. They just created my position so there are some kinks to work out. However, it's nothing that isn't expected and easy to adapt to.

Opportunities for overtime, company events to make work more fun. Extensive training so you learn your job inside and out. Opportunity to save the day for patients or doctors and nurses.

Cons

Too clique-ish. Poor morale. Training program is exhausting. Lots of gossip, and it felt like an episode of "As the World Turns" weekly.
