What a let down...

Pros

I enjoyed working on several projects. The place is buzzing with change and employees are busy.

Cons

Senior Leadership micro manages, can be closed minded and supporting personnel takes the hit when things fall apart. They speak of culture and values, but unless leadership displays those values, they are worthless. Management doesn't follow through with promises or reward top performers for hard work.

Pros

Solid pay. Good benefits. Job is not that difficult. Nice work/life balance. Good experience.

Cons

No room for growth opportunities. Senior level management does not know much of what's going on with consultants. Many physicians will hate dealing with you.

Pros

Good pay, ample time off, ability to travel, mix personal trips with business

Cons

The organizational culture is different depending on who you are working with. Some project managers are totally hands off and some will not let you move with out them knowing about it. There is no standardization in the entire company.
