They will wine and dine you and make big promises only to back track and change the rules in the middle of the game.

Cons

Dysfunctional, condescending, inflexible, not forward thinking, rewards non-performers and punishes performers, a complete bass awkward mess.....all the while smiling at you and telling you how great a job you are doing.

Some really great people, very nice. CEO is the type of person you want to work for. Interesting product

Cons

Solid employees keep being let go, while the good old boy network grows stronger. Constantly under pressure, without any clue as to what will help keep your job. Ive seen a lot of good people hired and fired, while the executive team is either bullying or bumbling. Super stressful culture.

Pros

Perfect serve offers paid training, supportive team members and excellent trainers. No one is intentionally going to make your job harder, and everyone from management to HR is friendly and reasonable.

Cons

They're using terrible ancient software, their database is basically broken, the job is pretty much working at a call center doing the same repetitive tasks over and over again. You will spend time hand typing in faxes, manually resetting passwords, and doing lots and lots of other tasks that are automated at most other places.
