Good Pay (for managers) and benefits. Company provides needed tools to complete tasks.

Cons

Dysfunctional Upper Management. Lack of accountability for VP's. Constant turnover of critical VP's and key positions due to poor management.

Free candy & coffee throughout the week.

Cons

The CFO clips his toenails with his door open to make it audible outside of his office. They do not hire colored people or keep them for as short as possible to meet their corp quota. Management is the opposite of supportive. I challenge you to find a person of color in a senior position as this firm or anywhere in the corporate office at all. Very bad leadership.
