      You might have one job title but many job functions Departments lack processes, causes frustration If you have a talent it will be used to its maximum (you will be squeezed) High turnover leads to repetition/having to explain processes over and over Powerful people and leaders sometimes use force to get things done rather than engage, encourage, ideate and inspire
