      Great product, solution and strategy to cover the market

      Cons

      Lots of change over the past year with many people leaving the organization. Has caused a lot of instability with the Sales process, and made continuing to pursue opportunities a challenge

      Pros

      Management open door policy a big pro. Engineering management is professional. Compensation for location is a loaded kitchen, lots of happy hours/toasts, good balance with home as there is no real sense of urgency anywhere.

      Cons

      The location is quite bad. Technology is not top notch. People are not top notch, seems like it is difficult to recruit the top due to the location and business of the company not being of leading technology. Sales people tend to escape after a few months, which is worrying.

      Great people. Great culture. Fantastic benefits.

      Cons

      After the acquisition the culture changed drastically, changing the company from what it was to, not necessarily a worse company, just different for the people used to the old culture.
