      Changes - this time for the better - PRQA now a Perforce Company

      Pros

      The wall has fallen. Work here has always been interesting and technically challenging. There are many smart Engineers working on technologies such as value tracking analysis, trending of results through to handling the latest features of the C and C++ languages. The difference now is they are being empowered and trusted.

      Cons

      Although it has been just a few months, the changes have been dramatic. Very few if any of the Cons listed in the other reviews are still an issue.

      Pros

      Perforce really values its employees. The office environment is filled with laughter, passionate workers, and a lot of collaboration. The company was very healthy, and salary and rewards reflect that.

      Cons

      The team is growing fast and making a lot of acquisitions. This makes for a rapid learning curve for new software assets, messaging, and how they play in the same ecosystem.
