      Pros

      If you live in the east bay the commute can't be beat. There is an attempt to support a community culture- typically through great food and drink. One day off per month of your choice in addition to vacation package.

      Cons

      Do as I say, not as I do culture in some depts. Too many managers with no background in managing. Good at what you were hired to do does not mean managing others is your forte. HR is lacking greatly.
