Pros
Prior to the acquisition, Perforce enjoyed a very unique culture, employee satisfaction was valued by senior management. The employees enjoyed excellent benefits - all the typical benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k match, gym reimbursement but also some very special perks - massage once a month and a day off each month (aside from vacation and generous sick time) as well as a company sponsored 2 day train trip for employees and a guest. The former CEO is humble and a class act.
Cons
The company was recently sold and the culture has changed completely.
