      The company was recently bought by a PE firm. The culture is fast pace growth with lots of opportunity. Great improvements to processes and procedures. Great news for the future of the company. Great benefits.

      The change is happening very fast and change is hard for people.

      Pros

      Perforce has great software and some of the world's largest development teams use Perforce to develop and deliver their solution. The company has great benefits - Cadillac health benefits and many smaller perks such asbfree massage, free soda, coffee, candy, fresh fruit.

      Pros

      This was a really great place to work for many, many years. Smart, passionate people, a great product, a very diverse workforce where top talent was rewarded.

      Cons

      The once happy employees are leaving in droves and most employees are just hoping their department isn't the next to get outsourced or moved to Minnesota.
