Pros

This company is ahead in adoption of AI, has invested heavily in employees' growth and learning. Everyday we're learning new things, growing. Salary hike is relatively ahead than other competitors, and promotions happen swiftly. It also won the Great Place to Work Award 2024 and 2026. Also reimburse for gym membership. Good work life balance, where no questions are asked when taking long leaves. No calls or interruptions during the weekend or after hours.

Cons

No stock options given Base salary only, but still high No transportation facility given yet.

We are so proud of our Great Place to Work Award for our Pune location. I've had the good fortune of visiting on a couple of occasions and the space is fantastic, the people are friendly, hard working and super smart. This team has embraced AI fully and moved quickly up the AI maturity model. We are also starting our Perforce Jam (hack-a-thon) next week in Pune. We always get a ton of great ideas that come from that event. It will be fun to see the teams in Pune come up with this year. Thanks for the post. ~Jim Cassens, CEO

Thanks for leaving a post. It's good to see you are seeing real benefits in work flexibility, remote work and our culture. People are our most important asset and we target our hires at individuals that can work collaboratively. We continue to enhance our benefit programs every year and will continue to make improvements moving forward. Perforce is hiring 14 new sales positions and promoted over 190 employees in 2025. We look to continue that career progression for employees moving forward. We are investing in our sales and marketing tech stack to drive automation, improve sales rep interaction points with our CRM and giving our sales team more time to interact with customers and prospects. I appreciate you leaving a post. I just had the good fortune of traveling to India to meet our employees in Pune. The work facilities are amazing, the employees were engaged, and the work they are doing is terrific. We are fully engaged in our AI journey with several new projects that will change the way we support customers in developing the most critical applications. We have over 100 new features based on AI coming in 2026. We will be educating all of our engineers in AI and giving them every opportunity to grow within the organization. Thanks again for the post. ~Jim Cassens, CEO
