It's good to hear you are finding Perforce has created a great work environment with a people first perspective. Our employees are what make Perforce great. We do work hard to keep a flat organizational structure and hopefully you will see continued improvement in access to leaders, understanding of our planning, and availability to technology needed for your role. We do keep a close eye on our expenses but that is intentional and done to eliminate any dramatic changes to our business. I was able to recently spend some time in our Pune office where we shared our product and portfolio direction that was met with great excitement from the team. We look forward to a bright future as our products will address a huge need in generating scalable applications at speed. ~Jim Cassens, CEO

Pros

Really enjoy working here and hope to for many many years.

Cons

Occasionally unable to feel settled with swift changes occurring all at once but that seems to be the norm now adays across this industry.

Pros

Easy work if assigned to a good brand

Cons

Used to be fun, management and leadership changed and everyone lost the ability to want to work. The SDR department had to come in more days than other departments. Promise promotions and never stick with it.

I appreciate you leaving a post and the time you spent with us at Perforce. One area we consistently receive positive comments on is our work-life balance, culture and the fun vibe at our office. We try hard to make sure to include "fun" in what we do and have a dedicated Fun Committee, Happy Hours, events like our annual Twins game outing. We continue to tweak our SDR program to set up these individuals for career progress. We created the XDR Elevate program to provide XDRs with the skills needed to be successful at the next level. We held a number of session like Objection Handling to bolster skills and prepare XDR's for the next step. We promoted over 190 people in 2025. I'm sorry you didn't get a chance to progress here at Perforce. This year, we are bringing in new automation software that will make life easier for all of our sales professionals. ~Jim Cassens, CEO
