Great just out of college, not a place to develop

it is a great place to get a start if you just graduated college and are looking to get your foot in the door. learned a lot of basic skills getting into the real adult world

Cons

i think that they focus too much on creating a good culture (which is always appreciated) but it is too easy to get lost in the task at hand. leadership NEVER listened to the modules and enablement trainings that were being presented. leadership, especially within sales, is going to be the reason why the company loses very talented individuals.

Thanks for leaving this feedback. I'm sorry to hear you didn't feel you were getting the development you needed. We've promote a significant number of our BDR/SDR team to full fledged Account Executives every year. We have an XDR Elevate program that offers development of skills with this year providing training on discovery, objections and more. We've also held MEDPICC training for all sales individuals. We are already planning for 2026 with the introduction of new technology and automation for sales, making it even easier for our teams to uncover opportunities, communicate with customers, and drive more wins for our reps. We also have additional training for our sales leaders planned. We engage our reps with an active and fun Sales Kickoff and CEO Circle trip that rewards our top sellers. While much of this is new, we are committed to elevating the talent of our sales organization and that includes bringing in new talent, training them and providing the skills for those individuals to be successful in a sales role. Management and CEO are good people, but mostly comes down to your direct report. Company has plenty of different products that employees can choose from.

Cons

Sub-par benefits. No equity, and base salary is based on national average rather than your state average.

Thanks for leaving a review. I appreciate the feedback. We do strive to offer competitive wages and benefits. We added several new offerings to our healthcare plans this year and will look to add new options in the future. When looking at employee salary, we do compare against local salary ranges both within and outside of the US and states in order to ensure we offer competitive compensation packages. You mention one area that I do believe makes us unique - our rich portfolio allows employees to work on different technologies based on the solutions they are working with. Thanks for leaving a post about your experience at Perforce. I would agree with you that our Minneapolis location is a vibrant office. It has an open floor plan, free snacks and coffee, community lunches on Wednesday's, happy hours on Thursday's, a game room, golf simulator and a Fun Committee that keeps the fun flowing with costume parties, scavenger hunts, Twins baseball outtings, we really enjoy being with our employees and mixing in fun at work.
