Thanks for leaving the post. Sorry to hear your not feeling challenged in your role and feel we're not offering adequate benefits. We do have a number of different plans for healthcare insurance and are looking to add additional features in the future. From an innovation perspective, we are using AI in a number of capacities within our products and internally at the company. The goal is to eliminate the mundane and allow our employees to be engaged in the activities that move us forward. I'd welcome an opportunity to talk to you about other ways you feel we could improve the environment. Schedule some time with me. ~ Jim Cassens, CEO

Pros

As a high growth, both organic and inorganic, firm there are many career advancement opportunities within - from exposure to new products, to leading edge technology, to industry trainings, to various projects, there's an opportunity to grow. The pace is fast, and team members are empowered to fail forward fast; there's no shortage of new, diverse challenges and experiences here! The company is full of wicked smart people in all functions and the culture is overall welcoming, inclusive, humble, and collaborative. There is no false advertising here when it comes to the company's CATCH values and how the leadership team lives those out within the business. The work-life integration is real - flexible Fridays and the TTO policies are honored and actually taken by team members and leaders, at all levels.

Cons

As the company has grown by acquisition, there are still some systems and processes that need maturation. The organization doesn't have a formal learning and development department today and could benefit overall from investing in these opportunities, particularly in leadership trainings.

Thank for taking the time to provide this valuable feedback. We are looking into how we can provide learning and development opportunities for our employees. This will start slow but continue to grow as we grow. Thanks again for the post. - Jim Cassens, CEO
