We do have a number of different plans for healthcare insurance and are looking to add additional features in the future. Different departments will have their own way of working and will not want to assess what they are doing.

Pros

Perforce has great a great community that constantly has events and things for employees that allow for people to get to know each other. The work life balance is amazing, and they have fantastic leadership!

Cons

I think there could be more formal or hands on training to really help some employees grow more as an individual and in their careers. Perforce has been making active changes in this area and I am already seeing positive changes!
