Thanks for mentioning work-life balance. It is really important for us to maintain that balance for our employees. Everyone works hard and from time to time we have to put in some extra time to get things done but we are conscious of making sure there is appropriate balance to that time at work. Our Flexible Friday program allows employees to get an early start on the weekend and a good way to recharge and disconnect. ~Jim Cassens, CEO

Pros

They won't tell your job is in danger in advance until they schedule a zoom call of 2 mins

Cons

Perforce acquires profitable companies and just after acquisition they will pretend that acquired company is making loss and to maintain the profitability they will reduce the workforce of newly acquired company by 50%. On being asked about their plans to reduce the workforce, they have one liner answer "ALL THE EMPLOYEES WILL BE TREATED WITH DIGNITY".

I appreciate the post and unfortunately with many acquisitions we do have positions that are redundant. In any situation where employees are involved we want to make sure we provide every opportunity for them to find their next role. In this specific situation, we provided a generous transition period, counseling, resume reviews and transparent communication throughout the process. We wish you the best and are here to help if you need any assistance. ~ Jim Cassens, CEO

I appreciate your post. We do have a great set of employees that really enjoy working together and collaborating. Our 2-days in the office, flexible working arrangements are new but we've seen tremendous benefits in teamwork and collaboration since it started in April. Remember, those two days are super flexible where you can choose the best days for you to come to the office. Wednesday's are community lunch days are a popular choice for employees plus you'll get to interact with more people. We will continue to look for ways to enhance our healthcare benefits and improve our 401k matching. It's always a balancing act between rising healthcare costs and the benefits we can provide. Good feedback and we will continue to make improvements. - Jim Cassens, CEO
