      People are very friendly and easy to work with. Managers are very helpful and approachable. Fun work environment. Excellent work life balance.

      No cons, one of my all-time favorite jobs.

      Pros

      Perforce has a great culture which allows employees to excel in their careers and provides support to grow with the organization. Leadership is very friendly and accessible. The Minneapolis office has lots of cool amenities for employees who work in the office.

      Cons

      The parental leave of absence is not competitive with other tech companies. The "non-gestational" parent policy is the bare minimum and does not reflect Perforce's dedication to people and culture.

      Strong leadership team who is committed to supporting the employees on their team. Lots of growth opportunities. Realistic work/life balance.

      Cons

      Multiple company mergers & acquisitions over the years were unsettling, but the communication on the growth strategy kept employees calm.
