      Good benefits, decent salary, but no equity/RSUs

      Pros

      Most of those I work with closely are top-notch people. Great starting point.

      Cons

      No infrastructure or leadership to scale the company. Their internal process is HORRIBLE and CHAOTIC. One you get two weeks of training on the different software's you use, you are on your own. You are expected to know, and start producing results instantly. Burn out rate is high amongst peers, however, many peers will never tell their managers that they are burnt out. I advise having a back up option if you decide to work with Perforce Software as your first job.

      Leadership who cares about employee's and plenty of room for growth

      Cons

      A very technical learning curve, but my advice is to stay focused on your scope and not attempt to learn the entire industry all at once.
