This company and the management like having events and parties and spend so much money on those rather than for the employees.

Cons

Terrible decisions were made day to day, and employees were always in fear of management firing whoever they thought aren't useful enough. The managers here act like they're GANGSTERS, unprofessional, abusive, and attitude that's just HORRIBLE!

* half-day Fridays during the summer * holiday gift * didn't experience any toxic tech bros * unlimited PTO (as long as you came from an acquired company that already had unlimited PTO)

Cons

* lack of communication, particularly accessible communication (refusal to record big meeting or share slides) * no emphasis on DEI * top-down planning without any room for engineering-driven initiatives, such as improvements to internal processes * unclear direction and unclear who is making decisions * Microsoft Office
