      Some of my coworkers are very friendly and caring. I like the students and their parents.

      The company does not provide adequate resources and supports. The pay is terrible!

      High pay compared to other charter schools in the area

      Cons

      Horrible curriculum outdated , no staff support, high demands of teacher for irrelevant work and zero family or parent involvement. Poor treatment of staff! Staff favorotism
