Pros

Staff is wonderful. Helpful, friendly. Love all my coworkers! Worth it to serve these students.

Cons

Teacher turnover. Long school days. Can be unorganized at points. Spend too much time on test prep

Pros

The only pro is that it was close to my house

Cons

Lack of discipline for students, for profit school (and that is pretty much the only thing CEO cares about), lack of admistrative support or backing, low pay, long hours, little to no off days, little to no plan time, no lunch break (eat with students)
