Pros

If you want to find out if you REALLY wanna be a teacher for 30 plus years this a great place to start. If you make it to Christmas there are a lot of days off

The experience is a con take that anyway

Cons

Not much support in the classroom when behaviors are exhibited. Long hours and barely time at home with family.

Pros

You'll get good at restraining students and every place you work after here will feel like a cakewalk because it doesn't get much worse than this

Cons

No lunch break, constantly breaking up fights, many teachers don't have teaching certificates and are just substitutes working full time as teachers, principal is spineless, unsupportive and incompetent
