This company is pure Idiocy

Pros

There are absolutely not one. Ok maybe that they are there to open the doors every morning for your children. But for the service they provide they lack a deficit in help. Meaning one student could have literally burned one classroom down while another falls in the bathroom and hits their head on a sink. There’s absolutely no type of support staff, only about three, but we all know when in a school or correctional institution support staff is essential.

Cons

I’ve never in my life ever seen a huge team of degreed individuals perform on such a subtitle level. It was disheartening.

It's a good place find out if your built for teaching but.....

Pros

You find out very quickly if you can handle the profession

Cons

Salary grow plus the behaviors you deal with on the regular basis wont match up. if you make it a full year you will not want to return for the following. Admin condones negative behavior very rarely will a child get discipline when in the wrong because the company needs bodies in seats. Parents of the kids are unreceptive when their children are in the wrong.

Pros

Would get a bonus depending on end of year test scores but wouldn’t get it until the following year to insure you were continuing employment with the company

Cons

Extremely long hours, one planning period if the specials teacher was present that day, did not have a lunch period for teachers, playground was across the parking lot and couldn’t be used for a year because the fence was broken, was in a business building so little to no windows, high monthly insurance payment
