Interesting place to work. Better than other dealer chains.

Pros

Decent management staff. Leadership starts from the top down. They try and put solid managers in place to make sure the different stores operate smoothly.

Cons

Same kind of issues you find at any car dealer. Gonna play games with you. Mix up the pay structure. You have to attend a big company wide meeting every month at the crack of dawn where they hold a cult like hype session and talk about how much money is being raked in, and then you have to go and work your whole saturday after the fact. If you drink the kool-aid you'll love it, if you don't it's going to feel exhausting.
