Pros

Raises once a year, free food monthly. As many breaks as you want. Talking on your personal phone as much as you want.

Cons

Supervisor lack control to many employees are best friend with supervisor get away with to much freedom hours of talk time some employees have not enough work to do while others are slammed. Not able to go to supervisor for help they tell best friend and very unprofessional. Work here if you just want to rob a great company of money and time
