Pros

As others have stated, the benefits cannot be matched in the form of : - Profit Sharing Bonuses / ESOP - 401k / Match - Yearly Trips (For Management & Above)

Cons

Again, others have hit it right on the head: - It's a good ol' boys club. They'll use you, and abuse you, and then put "one of their guys" in your spot to take over, once you've done all the heavy-lifting - Very unprofessional "behind the scenes", and back-stabbing is the only way to survive - They list Core Values........They don't live them - Morale in Corporate Office (and most branches) is HORRIBLE - Work/Life balance does not exist

Pros

Great Benefits. They really cannot be beat. Right now, the benefits is the biggest benefit for working at PCG, even being miserable, the benefits make up for that a lot.

Cons

Prior to last year, fantastic department. Starting at the end of last year to present, current management has went the wrong way. No solid directions. Bickering among the management team. They do not care for the employees. Fear based management style. Expect you to never ask questions. Perception is their reality. Never disagree with them. And always expect to be fired for no reason at all.

Pros

They have a great training program for entry level employees. They really invest in you, if you work in the right branch. The ESOP program will make you rich.

Cons

Office culture is very unprofessional, atleast in my branch. F-bombs and other curse words were dropped on a normal basis. Sex jokes and other immature and unprofessional acts were normal.
