Pros

Good benefits and potential to earn good money.

Cons

Very hard physical work, and limited family time. Even if you have free time/ day off , you are too tired to enjoy it.

Pros

Company as a whole, attempts to show appreciation with lunches and contests. Accumulated vacation days. President holds monthly meetings to discuss state of the organization.

Cons

You are worked extremely hard and reminded of your position. Make an error, you may wind up being written up. Office staff is inadequately compensated; when all get raises under $1, there is an extreme issue. Office wages are completely unsustainable. You are required to cover when people are out and be done by 5PM; this company frowns on overtime. Three holidays a year; Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years a real problem with family. If you work in Finance, you will be required to be in on Saturdays when necessary.
