I wasn't there long enough to experience any. They claim to be unionized I told everybody about my new job including families and friends i thought I was starting a long career instead I was intimidated by seniority and let go with any viable reason. My family has served this country for generations. My grandafather was a marine Jorge Barreto also known by the moniker "Puerto Rican Rambo." This company is a disgrace to all Americans. It's part of the reason this country is messed up now they rather hire green card holders than actual hardworking citizens this is despicable to say the least.

Cons

Everything I've experienced was horrible. In violation of unfair work practices, discrimination, intimidation, etc.

The pay is great, the weekends off are consistent, vacation is on par with most other CDL companies

Cons

The management is inconsistent and constantly out of sync with each other which leads to unnecessary confusion and too many cooks in the kitchen
