Pros

Great place to work as a student as they are flexible with your schedule and allow you to do real work on real world projects.

Cons

There are times where it seemed they were understaffed on projects which requires team to work extra hours even if in school, and times where there wasn't much to do.

Great place for engineers to work

Pros

This company is great if you have a significant amount of experience in aerospace (a few years minimum). Your hard work will be rewarded and you will be recognized if you are a top performer. There are opportunities to travel which also helps gain recognition within the company provided the customer is extremely satisfied. Working onsite with the customer is exciting. The pay and benefits are excellent and competitive within the industry standards. Company themed events occur throughout the year and are generally fun activities. Work/Life balance is important to managers and working from home is fine anytime as long as you get your work done on time (or ahead of time). There is always exciting work on the horizon with new customers and programs being launched throughout the year. Internal research and development projects are also interesting as well. The culture of the company is always improving and the company seeks feedback in multiple forums. Employee happiness is important to leaders.

Cons

As I said earlier, travel to customer sites is fun. However, long durations of travel can be wearing whether you are single or married. It's a balance you have to set for yourself when given the opportunity to travel.

Thank you for your review. Performance puts a substantial amount of effort into ensuring we have an amazing culture and employee recognition at every level. We encourage our leaders to reward both individuals and teams for their contributions and have structured the performance management process around this mentality. Performance would love to have the option to keep the same team members on contracts. We emphasize a strong team-work environment but realize that with various skill levels, changing work, and customer requests, this isn’t always possible. We do appreciate your feedback and will continue to improve our team oriented environment!
