Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback! A small company atmosphere has always been a priority and we are glad to hear you can turn to your peers and leaders for support. Performance is proud to offer an outstanding work/life balance and aim to provide a workload that allows for that to be possible. As we continue to grow, Performance is branching out into new arenas of software development and testing. We’re hoping that this growth fosters an environment of exciting work to help mitigate any long stretches that could be less than stellar for our engineers. We know traveling can be a burden. In order to make it easier for both Performance and our contributors, we work with the travel availability given and provide adequate heads up so vacations or personal obligations can be arranged. We do apologize if this ever interrupted a vacation or personal time, as we mentioned earlier, Performance does value work/life balance. We agree that cube city can certainly get old! This is the main reason why we revamped the cubicles to give an open office environment without compromising privacy. We think the standing desks aren’t a bad perk either 😊.
