To address your concern, we admittedly are a highly matrixed organization. Usually when engineers transfer to a different project they also report to a different manager. Performance realizes that this can get confusing and we are committed to improving the communication around this process. We do value your feedback and will learn from it!

As we expand into different markets, our goal is to provide more variety in our projects. 12% SEP IRA Free snacks and drinks fun monthly company events

Cons

Upper management makes too many changes (the flavor of the month we call it) If you are not IN with the right people - they make you feel like an outsider (socially and professionally) Very Cliquey! A lot of Drama!

Thank you for your feedback. We are proud of the great employee benefits we offer and our continued engagement with employees. We would also like to address your concerns. First, Performance has, admittedly, gone through quite a few changes lately in response to our growth as a company and in attempts to address employee concerns. However, we are committed to providing a stable environment for our employees and we will continue to improve on this process. Second, we are saddened to hear that you feel like an outsider. Performance actively tries to cultivate a friendly environment among all employees and our monthly events are part of that effort. We value each employee and we don’t believe in the “In Crowd” or “Out Crowd” mentality. It is truly disappointing to hear that an employee has gotten this impression. We strive to do better and we will do better. Thank you for your continued contributions.
