To address your concern, the staffing is based on skill level, experience, and customer needs so we try to place individuals accordingly. As we expand into different markets, our goal is to provide more variety in our projects. Thank you for your feedback. We are proud of the great employee benefits we offer and our continued engagement with employees. We would also like to address your concerns. First, Performance has, admittedly, gone through quite a few changes lately in response to our growth as a company and in attempts to address employee concerns. However, we are committed to providing a stable environment for our employees and we will continue to improve on this process. Second, we are saddened to hear that you feel like an outsider. Performance actively tries to cultivate a friendly environment among all employees and our monthly events are part of that effort. We value each employee and we don’t believe in the “In Crowd” or “Out Crowd” mentality. It is truly disappointing to hear that an employee has gotten this impression.
