Pros

Good work environment, flexible hours, not too much overtime. Good group of employees with everyone focused on producing quality work. Mostly experienced engineers work here.

Cons

Can get lost in the shuffle if you are not a self starter. There is little vertical opportunity for advancement for Senior Engineers once you reach that level. There is little mentoring and there isn't much training for employees especially entry level.

Pros

Great work environment. Great staff. Great culture. Engaged management team that is constantly trying to improve the business. Get to work with large, well-known companies in the healthcare and aviation industry.

Cons

Compensation could be better - slightly below median salary for entry-level positions. Work can be repetitive at times.

Pros

I've had the opportunity to individually contribute on multiple full-lifecycle projects, and develop my leadership skills by becoming a Project Lead. We've had historically low turnover because of the "People First" mindset. We hire only "A" players, ones with the right attitude and technical chops. PSW has a solid emphasis on high employee satisfaction - by way of well-structured Performance Reviews, transparency from Management on down, team managers who use employees strengths in finding the right role on each project, and work flexibility (9/80 program, working from home when necessary), to name a few. What motivates me to head into work each morning? The trust, flexibility, and feeling valued.

Cons

Work can be dull at times, but that's engineering on legacy programs. Personal growth can stall. It's up to me to find ways to keep motivated, through side projects (scripts, initiatives).
