Pros

-wfh due to the pandemic -Best company culture I've been a part of -flexible working hours to allow you to take care of your life needs -management that treats you like a human being with a family -Fantastic professionalism in the face of conflict with customers -The company has your back if you're being treated unfairly -Competitive pay in the areas that the different branches are located -You don't get shamed for taking your PTO, and it's almost always approved assuming there are no critical deadlines in the project that you're needed for -Employees are some of the most fantastic people I've had the pleasure of getting to know -Fairly generous retirement fund deposits

Cons

I honestly can't think of one. The longer I work here the more convinced I become that I want to stick around. You won't find a much better work/balance than this.

Not good if you are woman.

Can't think of any now.

Cons

They fired my friend who was a principal engineer and didn't even give him a reason. Now I feel like I am being targeted. If CEO doesn't like you, you are gone. Management sometimes feels like a joke. There is not a single woman in management. If you are a woman, forget about moving up in the company. I haven't faced discrimination on a day to day basis but you can't get promoted unless you are a guy. I am looking else where.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I am so sorry you feel this way. As a woman on the leadership team who reports directly to the CEO, I can tell you this has not been my experience. We actively look for ways to increase the diversity of our team and we have several women in leadership/senior roles. However, we can always do better so if you have suggestions, please do bring them to us! Additionally, the CEO is very busy and I can assure you that he has little to do with the hiring/termination of those who aren’t his direct reports. At Performance, we have a high performing culture and personnel decisions are based purely on performance. Thanks again for your feedback.
