leaders in the business are approachable company has neat products, especially in Diagnostics business

Cons

HR is highly disorganized and constantly restructuring. Talent Acquisition team is very poorly ran. Needs a leader that can actually run a team vs focusing on running marathons.

Benefits were not bad. Good work / life balance.

Cons

Every quarter there were lay offs. Everyone was out for themselves to save their job. People who knew what they were doing left for new opportunities. No company culture.

Cons

Weak executive leadership. Decades of hollowing the middle tiers of management and professional staff have left the organization incapable of developing new products and advancing in the market. Lack of clear focus and direction. Lack of strategic vision and direction. Excessively focused on investor community and stock price.
