Pros

This place is full of bright, innovative people who are creating some amazing products. The work is truly interesting and some really breath taking research is going on. The work and the people are what make this place worth getting up for in the morning.

Cons

Upper management is ancient in its thinking. Benefits are a joke. Management is unable to get out of its and the employees way. Bureaucracy rules the organization – process for process sake. Greatest obstacle to success is senior management.

Great place to learn, flexibility in working hours

Cons

Females I would not recommend this company to you. You will be in your initial position for life here. No yearly reviews of personnel for growth development. Management is taking more incentives away. Very little transparency into what is left of the bonus structure.

Pros

Brand name recognition, competitive pay, competent customer facing employees, very large product offerings.

Cons

Short sighted and unstable with force shifts/reductions regularly. Multiple new hires were recently terminated after their first 2 months! Pre-negotiate a severance package or walk unless you want that kind of nightmare. Environmental Health is struggling. Competition is hungry and taking market share. Made in China. Many boondoggle "new" products.
