      Pros

      Seem to do everything related to employee engagement right. Industry levelled salaries, good bonuses, 401K,share offers, employee engagement and training . For growth of people and improvement of your skills this is a great pace to be .

      Cons

      Most appear to have risen through the ranks by perseverance rather than skills or talent. Lots of entrenched old-school ideas. The method of acquisition to growth has left the PE ranks filled with a 2nd-tier management team. When a new company is acquired the real leaders leave quickly leaving a 2nd-tier group that seem to have populated most levels of management. That is why it's 'almost great' ... innovative ideas are constantly being born but there are too many levels of 'ordinary' to get past...

      You can enjoy the advantage of the brand value as well as the challenges of working in high priced sales

      Cons

      Products are too expensive as compared to the competition, need to work on it, lower a little bit and you will still be a premium company.
