Pros

Amazing instruments and staff with years of experience and knowledge. Open to flexible work from home style.

Cons

endless restructuring, endless change of strategy. Their employees are asset but the management has no idea what they are doing. I had 5 bosses over 3 years. Sales strategy is really flimsy..

Pros

Personal touch in company. Employees specially service team well coordinated by own. Seniors are cooperative very much.

Cons

Everything slow, low salary, lack of confidence on higher management. Dicision conflicts, process change frequently & not stable. Most of the team does not want to work every one relaxed. Not a mature organization to stay beyond two years to work with.

Great Teams, Lack of Vision

Pros

Very good teams throughout my career here. Flexible hours in some cases, lots of perks for engineers (car, cell, travel accounts, etc). This company has been very good to me over the years in the case of medical emergencies. The insurance is great; they had partner benefits before most other companies.

Cons

Lower pay than competitors Currently unstable--lots of quiet layoffs in rounds to make numbers for Wall Street Slow to adopt new concepts/technology Lack of vision below President Lack of infrastructure Lack of upward movement Field gets almost no training unless you're an engineer--and those training programs are few and far ebwteen.
