      Pros

      I did have some good supervisors, but they are all gone now.

      Cons

      Layoffs every quarter (I assume to stay below the radar). Everyone is running scared. No teamwork. Can't blame them. However, it does leave a company full of :"yes" men. Poor souls, they are all too scared to raise even a slightly different viewpoint.

      Pros

      Variety of resources. Lots of smart people. Good overall work environment and pleasant group of people.

      Cons

      Company is not innovative. As a large company it is risk-averse and prefers to enter new areas via acquisition of smaller companies instead of growing capacity from within. This makes it a bit boring if you are interested in trying new things.

      Unwilling to do anything about the results from the employee surveys. 18% of the organization is satisified with their compensation. they do not reward talent or give reason to stay long term.
