When I considered the opportunity, the company was already known for its people and products. But what surprised me most on my first day is everything I had read and heard about PernixData's products is not even half of what is really going on...and what is going on is mindbogglingly brilliant. The company has a vision not just about a product, but about what it takes to be an enduring technology company.

Cons

Well, sometimes my favorite snack runs out. Basically, I can't think of many beyond some first world problems :)
