Great place to start your technical sales career

Pros

Helpful Team. Relatively low-pressure environment. Opportunity to build technical sales expertise Opportunity to experience and contribute to a quality early-stage startup. Starting pay is decent for a recent college graduate. Benefits and time off policies are exceptional.

Cons

Overall compensation is significantly below market (OTE & Equity) Sales staff as a whole are not earning anywhere close to OTE (very few have hit quota) Lots of latent frustration with Sales Management

Pros

- Great niche product, tons of opportunity to learn from the very bests in the industry - Vey fun environment, lots of food / snacks etc. regular games / competitions and participation encouraged from top down. - very hands-off management, very down to earth - people-first mentality

Cons

- still a start up so not your typical 9-5 job, but there is light behind every door

Enthusiastic and friendly co-workers. Multiple accolades from industry. Great food and (ahem) drinks :-)

Cons

Hard to win at foosball... highly skilled and competitive players :-)
