PernixData reviews

PernixData has given me more than what I asked. I wanted to work for a startup to build a product from ground-up. Having missed the boat by few years at my previous company, I was excited to join PernixData. What I didn't realize initially was how ground-breaking is the technology that PernixData is creating. A universally known problem which no one was able to solve before is being threatened by PernixData with its revolutionary product - PernixData FVP. Now I have more than what I asked for - an opportunity to build a revolutionary product from scratch to solve a problem that was previously untouched - a chance to create history (as my CTO says). Oh! I look forward to work everyday!

PernixData has incredibly high calibre people, a very compelling product story that I strongly believe in, and an overall great work environment. My previous job was at Google, and I have absolutely no regrets leaving due to all these things. The people are incredibly talented and a pleasure to work with. There aren't any big egos and folks are passionate about doing the right thing, whatever amount of work that may entail. The two founders, Satyam and Poojan are very down to earth and approachable. They genuinely care about their employees' well being and strive to provide a positive work environment with great benefits. They are also very open and honest with communication.
