Pros

- Great niche product, tons of opportunity to learn from the very bests in the industry - Vey fun environment, lots of food / snacks etc. regular games / competitions and participation encouraged from top down. - very hands-off management, very down to earth - people-first mentality

Cons

- still a start up so not your typical 9-5 job, but there is light behind every door

Pros

Smart people. Solving problems that matter. Cool technology. Great vision and leadership. Opportunity to work on really cool things. Perfect product positioning with very strong business potential. Enthusiastic and friendly co-workers. Multiple accolades from industry. Great food and (ahem) drinks :-)

Cons

Hard to win at foosball... highly skilled and competitive players :-)

Pros

At the moment much of the landscape is green field, which is wonderful for people who have a desire to help shape the future direction of the company the choose to work for. The staff here are all energized, optimistic, and lots of fun to be around.

Cons

See previous comment. If you expect to be handed a recipe to follow for processes and methods, and would rather follow then help lead ... you might consider a startup a 'con'.
