Product/Solution works only with VM Ware

Goals are unattainable once you start moving up in certain departments - you can see them looking for other companies to work for
Lots of contradiction in teamwork. Your teammates will take credit for your hard earned work or throw you under the bus
Management lacks leadership and the willingness to accept feedback from others. Would prefer "my way or the highway mentality"
Some people you really hate working with due to their attitude (they think they are above you) but that applies with most companies
Most employees don't give a damn if the company grew or sank, they are there for the pay which is not that good - bonuses or not
