Health coverage is good. Free snacks at headquarters.

Cons

CEO and leadership team lacks people skills. Sales reps not making money. Leadership likes to blame past employees for problems. I don't see a bright future for the company. I feel sorry for the new sales reps who left nice jobs to work here.

Excellent managing team, friendly colleagues, transparent high-level management, awesome benefits, good staff, challenging technology.

Cons

Company is not growing fast enough. Some engineers from the first hires / founding team are leaving.

Some of the brightest minds in the business make up the Development teams. Very impressive to learn the background of many of the staff. Positioned well for the future.

Cons

Just as with any startup, there is volatility. More of a reflection of the industry as a whole, than the company. It's a competitive industry out there filled with many competing for the same dollars.
