Executive team is not open and often rude. Management thinks everyone else in the industry are stupid except them. Sales and Engineering teams don't interact, Huge disconnect. Product instability, Engineering execution and release roll out is slow and often delayed. You will be stuck in accelerating bunch of damn ESX Virtual machines.
