Pros

Overall It's a great place to work at. Great managers always supporting you and treating you like family. There's a lot of room for growth if you play your cards right. Corporate only hires the best of the best. The pay is alright but based on your performance and experience you can get payed a lot more. This company has the best team morale I have ever seen, no one ever feels excluded.

Cons

Jealous and competitive people trying to get in your way.

Friendly environment. People are pleasant to your face.

Cons

They are understaffed, always late on development because of it, and pile more work on you without increasing your salary year after year. The LA office is run by people who guide you on your development but if it's wrong for the company and the CEO sees it and disagrees, those same people will behave as though they were not involved in guiding you, and you could lose your job over it. They also pay 20% below average in LA for same roles. A few people in the office are clearly overpaid compared to their efficiency to lead.
