I learned lot of new technology. My teammates were very nice and helpful. Our procedures made since and there was an open door policy allowing us to voice our concerns comfortably.

Cons

Bad Planning. I should have been hired as a freelancer.

There is a sense of community and family-driven environment in most departments. If you work in Miami offices, be prepare to speak and learn some Spanish, and feel proud of the heritage.

Cons

Part of management could be very old school. More sales driven than anything else. Not the best environment for creative minds.

Many good team members, if they are left to execute on their own. Decent pay, decent discount on many brands. If you have a manager to buffer the ranting and bad decisions and directions of the top execs, you are lucky

Cons

CEO, COO, Treasurer run the company like a dictator state. They think they are still in Cuba. Bad decision makers. Prejudice, favoritism, and nepotism run rampant. Raises are given by the top execs, not performance. HR is non existent because it is run by the family. Every decision is made by the family. Shareholders beware.
